Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Quickysite (“we”, “us”) collects when you use quickysite.io (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider) when you create an account.
- Business and page content: the business description you provide (which may include a business name, address, phone, and email) and the website pages generated from it.
- Visitor messages: when a visitor submits the contact form on a published page, we store the name, contact details, and message they provide so the page owner can read and respond to them.
- Billing information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference, but we never receive or store your full card details.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, request metadata, and usage counts, used to secure the Service, enforce usage limits, and prevent abuse.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service: generate, host, save, and publish your pages.
- To deliver messages from your page’s visitors to you (dashboard and email notification).
- To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (for example new-message notifications and billing reminders). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and excessive use.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate Quickysite, strictly as needed to run the Service:
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- AI model providers — the business description you submit is processed to generate your page content.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Quickysite, our users, or the public.
5. Published pages are public
Any page you publish is publicly accessible on the internet, including any business contact details it displays. Unpublish a page at any time from your dashboard to take it offline.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data and content while your account is active. Usage and security logs are kept for a limited period. When your subscription lapses, your pages are unpublished but retained so you can reactivate. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example billing records).
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your account and its data — contact us at support@quickysite.io. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
