Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Quickysite (“Quickysite”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the website quickysite.io and the services we provide (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Quickysite lets you create a professional website for your business by describing it in plain language. Creating and previewing pages is free and does not require an account. Saving pages requires a free account. Publishing a page at a public address (for example quickysite.io/your-business) requires an active paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Notify us immediately at support@quickysite.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The publishing subscription costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically each month until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (“Manage subscription”). Cancellation stops future charges.
• When your subscription ends or a payment fails, your published pages are taken offline. Your pages and data are kept, and publishing is restored when you reactivate.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the pages generated from it (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy and legality, and you represent that you have all rights necessary to publish it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing or other harmful activities.
• Attempt to probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent usage limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our reasonable discretion.

6. Visitor messages

Published pages include a contact form. Messages submitted by visitors are stored so you can read them in your dashboard, and may be forwarded to your account email. You are responsible for how you use visitors’ contact information and for complying with applicable laws when contacting them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding, but excluding Your Content — is owned by Quickysite and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. If we discontinue the paid publishing feature entirely, we will provide reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES — REVIEW YOUR PAGES BEFORE PUBLISHING.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKYSITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quickysite harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@quickysite.io. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9–11) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
